$5,000 - $6,000 per week.

$7,000 - $8,000 per week.

$5,500 - $7,000 per week.

City tax 10%; cleaning fee $300; refundable security deposit $1,500.

	Take the I-5 towards Encinitas
	Exit on Leucadia Blvd
	Go west (towards the ocean) for about a half mile
	As you cross the railroad tracks, be in the right lane
	To stay on Leucadia, make a slight left and right as you cross N Coast Hwy 101
	Turn right onto Neptune
